Growing up in a small town taught me the meaning of integrity. Yes, it was small! So small that my brother and I would visit the local pharmacy and the cashier would ask if he should put it on my father's tab. Of course! What a level of trust. What a great business model! What a great way to develop relationships with townspeople.

Reading the customer centred design blog helped me level up my skills as a designer.
